Daylesford Cider

Here at Daylesford Cider we produce a range of multi-award winning ciders made using the 17 varieties of English-heritage listed cider apples we grow organically on the farm just outside Daylesford. The styles of cider range from traditional ‘still’ with an almost bone-dry palate, through to lightly carbonated and sweeter ones.
It only seems fitting that our ciders are sold from an English style Tavern cellar door. The Tavern offers a cosy setting in Winter and in Summer people can kick back in the courtyard and landscaped gardens and enjoy the lawn games.
The cellar door is open 7 days a week serving our range of ciders to drink in or take home, as well as local and regional beers, wines & soft drinks. The kitchen is open for lunch Friday-Monday, offering a modest menu to accompany a cider or two.

Tastings Wine & Pizza Bar

Drop in for a Wood-Fired Pizza and a wine tasting at TASTINGS at Bellinzona Resort. Sit by our open fire place and enjoy local wines and cheese platters or sit in our lovely gardens while watching the world pass you by. Live Music every second Friday night.

Captains Creek Organic Wines

Captains Creek rises on our mixed organic farm at Blampied, near Daylesford, at the foot of Kangaroo Hills. Four generations of the May family have run the 80 hectare farm for more than 100 years since 1909. The vineyard was established in 1994 by Doug and Carolyn May.

From the lush Pinot Noirs to bright Chardonnays to thirst quenching Ciders, you’ll find the best selection of handcrafted organic wines come from the headwaters of Captains Creek. Our selection includes Sparkling white and red, Unoaked and Oaked Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Verjuice, a method champenoise sparkling apple cider and two farmhouse style apple ciders.

Our inviting cellar door offers delicious lunches served between 12-3pm on Saturdays and Sundays, featuring fresh organic produce from Captains Creek and surrounding farms. Enjoy our range of wines and ciders by the glass and regional beers in the wine bar plus housemade cakes and espresso coffee served throughout the day. Purchase Goldfields Farmhouse Cheeses, Istra smallgoods and other local produce including fresh vegie boxes direct from the farm in season.
