Boomerang Horse Riding

10 Ranch Road, Daylesford 3460

Boomerang Horse Riding sits on the edge of Hepburn Regional Park, just two kilometres from the centre of Daylesford. From the stables, the trails wander straight into the bush, under tall gums and alongside quiet water.

There is no rush here. Every ride is led by a local guide who knows each track and each horse by heart. Most of the herd was born and bred on the property. Riders are matched with a horse that suits them, whether it is their first time in the saddle or their hundredth.

Everyone is welcome. Beginners get a gentle start and plenty of reassurance. Seasoned riders can sit back and soak up the bush. Little ones can head off on a pony ride with someone leading the way, and pony parties bring a bit of country magic to a birthday.

Friends, families, workmates and larger groups are always welcome to ride together.

Horses have been heading out on these trails for more than forty years. Boomerang Horse Riding keeps that tradition going, with the same easygoing spirit and a warm welcome at the gate.
