Each recipe can be made either gluten-free or with traditional ingredients, with both options available on the day. This allows everyone to bake with confidence, while still enjoying beautiful, indulgent desserts — regardless of dietary preference.

Every participant will make their own individual mini dessert, working through each step as you build, assemble and finish four stunning little treats. Along the way, you will gain practical techniques, helpful tips and a deeper understanding of how small details elevate even the simplest bake.
