Lavandula Feast Night: Spring Harvest

Welcome spring at Lavandula with an evening of beautiful food, local produce and country hospitality at their Spring Harvest Feast Night.

Held within historic Maria's Trattoria and set on their 100-acre farm, this special evening celebrates the abundance of spring. Join in for pre-dinner entertainment before settling in for a generous shared feast, with a menu inspired by the season and showcasing produce from local growers and our own edible kitchen garden.

The menu features a series of beautifully prepared spring dishes, including beetroot and goat cheese crackers, prosciutto croquettes with black garlic aioli, pea broth, asparagus and smoked cream cheese, trout with baby carrot and rainbow chard, roasted leek, spring lamb with crispy kale, and a rhubarb and raspberry tart with honey ice cream and lemon balm to finish.

Designed as a relaxed and convivial evening, their Feast Nights are all about gathering around the table, sharing good food and enjoying the simple pleasures of country life.

Dietary requirements can be accommodated with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Tickets are non-refundable, but with sufficient notice may be transferred to a future Feast Night.
