The historic town of Trentham celebrates its long history of potato growing with The Great Trentham Spudfest, a community-led festival bringing together local potato growers, artisans, music, food vendors, and history to showcase the region's finest offerings.

Join over 8000 fellow potato lovers to mark the 18th iteration of this much-loved two-day festival, held against the backdrop of spectacular autumn colour.

On Saturday, Trentham comes alive with the legendary Street Fair held in the heart of town. Explore four precincts, packed with spud food, fresh regional produce,  local makers market, live music, and the Spud Olympics. Grab a bag of famous Trentham potatoes, direct from local growers. Bus tours of the district's heritage-protected Spud Huts run throughout the day.

Saturday evening brings the Spudfest Cèilidh, a family-friendly celebration of Celtic music, food, and dancing. 

Sunday is dedicated to the discovery of food, produce, and region. Spend the day exploring delicious foodie trails with farm gates filled with fresh produce or take a rambling historic tour of their beloved town. Join a tour of one of their renowned local farms, sign up for The Great Spud Scavenger Hunt, or simply spend the day eating your way through spudtastic dishes across venues throughout the region.
